Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase
- Only if work has not yet begun
- Must be requested via email with order details
Non-Refundable Cases
- After 48-hour window
- After work has started
- After final files are delivered
- Due to client-provided incorrect info
Revisions Policy
- Each service includes 2 free revisions
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Additional revisions: $30/hour
Disputed Deliverables
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving files
- Provide clear reason and timestamped feedback
- We will review and respond within 48 hours
Process for Requesting a Refund
- Email us at info@makuoni.com with subject: "Refund Request"
- Include: Order number, date of purchase, reason for refund
- We review your request within 24 hours
- Decision: Approved refunds processed within 5 business days
Special Circumstances
Technical Issues: If delivered files are corrupted or fail to play, we will re-deliver or refund at no cost.
Missed Deadlines: If we miss our stated delivery date by more than 48 hours, you may request a 10% refund.
Major Errors: If final product contains significant errors not matching the brief, we will fix it or offer a partial refund.

Exceptions
- No refunds for "change of mind" after work begins
- No refunds for client-side delays
- No refunds for custom services if specs were unclear
