These Terms govern your use of MAKUONI services. By using our website or ordering services, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services.

1. Services

  • We provide audio production services: voice-over, sound design, mixing, mastering, music
  • Services are delivered digitally via download or cloud link
  • Delivery time is stated per service (typically 3–7 business days)

2. Your Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure
  • You agree to provide accurate information

3. Orders & Payment

  • All sales are final after work begins (48-hour cancellation window)
  • We use Shopify Payments — secure, PCI-compliant
  • Taxes and fees are calculated at checkout

4. Revisions

  • Each service includes 2 free rounds of revisions
  • Requests beyond that are billed at $30/hour
  • Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery

5. What You Must Not Do

  • Upload or send illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Resell or redistribute our work without permission
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our processes
  • Harass or abuse our team

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any original content you provide to us. We retain ownership of all work we create (unless transferred in writing). Upon full payment, you receive a commercial license to use the final delivered files. We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Germany
  • Any disputes will be resolved in courts of Berlin

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Major changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
